Wiggleの注文状況に変化が無い（１）

二日経っても処理が進んでいないので、どうなっているのかと思い、Wiggle Customer Services
にメールで問い合わせてみた。以下がサポートからの回答。

Thank you for your email.

Every bike from wiggle is fully checked & assembled before despatch and will take around 2-5 working days before we are able to despatch it. You will then receive a notification when your bike is despatched and which courier.
